Ordinary Time 16 Lost Sheep
The Word
The apostles returned and told Jesus everything. He said to them, “Let us go off by ourselves where we will be alone and you can rest.” So they started out in a boat for a lonely place. People saw them leave and they ran ahead by land. When Jesus got out of the boat, he saw the crowd and he was filled with pity for they were like sheep without a shepherd.
